City Manager
The City of Corning operates under the Council-Manager form of government. Under this form, the City Council appoints the City Manager who is the Chief Executive Officer of the City.
As City Manager, I am reponsible for providing policy advice to the City Council, implementing all Council policy decisions and overseeing daily operations of the City's 9 departments.
It is my job to make sure all departments work together smoothly and efficiently to provide the best possible service to those who live, work, and visit here.
