We have a lot to offer our visitors and residents alike.  We are home to a Fortune 500 Company, Corning Incorporated, the world famous Corning Museum of Glass, the Rockwell Museum of Western Art, and the 1796 Benjamin Patterson Inn and Museum.  For those of you looking for a place to dine or shop, make sure you don't miss Corning's Gaffer District.  It is full of unique shops and a variety of great restaurants.  We offer free on-street parking and a very reasonable off-street parking directly behind our commercial districts.  Whether you live in the City, or are visiting, you will find something for everyone in our downtown.

 

Every year, American Style magazine polls their readers for great art destinations in the U.S.  Corning has been on the list each year since 2002.  We are extremely proud that this year, we were voted #3 of the "Top 25 Arts Cities."
