City Clerk
The City Clerk's Office is a centralized location for a wide range of services of public record. The City Clerk is also the Records Access Officer and is responsible for recording and preserving official City records, completing Freedom of Information requests; and administering various state and local licensing and permitting activities. The Clerk is also the Registrar of Vital Statistics and as such provides various services related to birth and death certificates, and marriage licenses. Voter registration forms are available in the Clerk's Office and may be obtrained during the regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. weekdays. The forms must be completed and mailed to the Steuben County Board of Elections.
CEATS Passes: Monthly, unlimited-ride passes are available at the Clerk's Office for $25. This is the only pass available at this location.
